Raising $32,000 To Multiply Mission Mobilization In the Global South
In December 2019, God gave GMMI direction to “launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch” (Luke 5:4). In the present COVID-19 global situation, this means something different than originally thought.
Unable to host normal training schools in Chiang Mai, Thailand or travel to global south nations to multiply mission mobilization movements, the Lord is leading GMMI to maximize our online capacities, while prioritizing mission mobilization within the Thai church.
Online teaching, training, mobilizing, empowering, and praying is only going to increase into the foreseeable future. This year’s disruption allows us to devote the time we didn’t previously have to improve on this. Shoring up our online foundations will enable GMMI to more effectively multiply mission mobilization movements for years to come.
This project helps GMMI fund the following focal points during the remainder of 2020:
- Facilitating Great Commission Seminars (GCS’s) in Thai local churches leading to hosting an all-Thai two-week Great Commission Leadership Institute (GCLI) in November equipping pastors and leaders to mobilize and equip their members.
- Development of Online Training Courses (Mobilization Coordinator Training Course, IGNITE Training Courses ) Serving Denominations and Church Networks Globally to Multiply Mission Mobilization Movements
- Development of GMMI Classroom of Teaching and Equipping Series on Website
- IGNITE Media Widespread Promotion and Dissemination of mission mobilization tools, books, Bible studies and more
- Operations for newly registered GMMI entity in Thailand
- Facilitating “Contend” 21 Days International Online Prayer Campaign for the Global Mission Mobilization Movement
