GMMI Collaborations

Established, structured frameworks (denominations/ church networks) where the GMMI mobilization strategy is being implemented step by step from within. Toward the end goal of influencing multitudes of individual local ministries as “Great Commission Ministries.” Senior leadership formally agrees to a “Collaboration Agreement” with GMMI, entering a formal collaboration where GMMI comes alongside and coaches the implementation process. 

“Collaboration” means working together to produce or create something. In this case practical mobilization within the ministry structure using GMMI mobilization tools, principles, and strategies. “Collaboration” does not include resource benefits (finance, printing of materials, cost of events) from GMMI to the ministry structure.

Collaborations Criteria:

  • Denominations/ church networks committed to implement the GMMI mobilization strategy over a period of several years. 
  • Denominations/ church networks with leadership in place within their structure that drive the mobilization strategy forward.

Collaborations Benefits:

  • The help, guidance, and inspiration of a proven, systematic, step by step mobilization strategy to implement within a ministry structure. 
  • Access to proven mobilization tools, materials, and events for widespread reproduction across a ministry structure. 
  • Training, coaching, and encouragement in the mobilization strategy from GMMI leadership. 
  • Connect to a mobilization initiative of like-minded ministry structures internationally pursuing the same mission mobilization goals. 
  • Ideas for funding of events, message bearer teams, and more.
  • Access to ongoing cutting edge media resources related to mission mobilization.

GMMI Associates

Smaller groups (10 local churches or less) of churches and ministries, and individuals, primarily working to see local ministries within their sphere of influence as “Great Commission Ministries.” This is achieved through facilitating “Great Commission Seminars” within local ministries and coaching them in the process of implementing the Four Core Components (proven mobilization tools) within their local ministries. Associates possess a heart for mission mobilization, seeking to regularly keep the ministry and message of mission mobilization before their spheres of influence. Leaders and individuals formalize relationships with GMMI through an “Associate Agreement.” “Associate” status does not include resource benefits (finance, printing of materials, cost of events) from GMMI to the ministry or individual.

Associates Criteria:

  • Leaders and individuals committed to facilitating “Great Commission Seminars” within local ministries with whom they have influence.
  • Leaders and individuals committed to coaching local ministries with whom they have influence toward implementing the Four Core Components within them as “Great Commission Ministries.”

Associates Benefits:

  • Access to proven mobilization tools, materials and events for implementation and reproduction within their spheres of influence.
  • Training, coaching, and encouragement in mobilization and mission from GMMI leadership.
