There are four primary mobilizing tools GMMI advocates for Great Commission Ministries and individuals mobilizing others to implement and reproduce. These four have been used by God in every generation to motivate His people to grasp His Great Commission purposes.
1. Great Commission Bible Studies
Small group studies encountering God’s mission heart and passion from Genesis to Revelation. Once believers see God’s mission heart throughout the Bible for themselves, their whole worldview as a follower of Jesus can shift. Great Commission Bible Studies are small Bible study groups meeting weekly for 11 weeks using the 11 studies in the Great Commission Bible Studies guide.
How to get involved:
2. Global Prayer Teams
Engaging with God’s Heart for harvest among the unreached and unengaged. Global Prayer Teams meet once or twice a week to seek the face of God for a breakthrough in the mission mobilization and sending movements as well as for harvest among the unreached. The Global Prayer Teams guide and section of the Handbook for Great Commission Ministries provides all the information necessary to facilitate effective Global Prayer Teams
How to get involved:
3. Mission Forums
Monthly or quarterly meetings within local ministries providing crucial information about aspects of the Great Commission. A different topic is presented at each Mission Forum. GMMI serves local ministries by providing 10 video Mission Forum sessions that can be downloaded and shown in any local ministry.

4. GO Declaration Commitment
Making faith-filled, Spirit-led commitments for long-term ministry among the unreached and unengaged. Though it is the nature of the Church to be moving outward it usually requires someone challenging and encouraging another to prayerfully consider that decision. The GO Declaration is a commitment card serving that purpose and can be used in local ministries, at seminars, conferences and many other places.
